The Basics

It does not matter if your fire was quickly contained in a small area of your property or it fully engulfed your home or business; clean-up after a fire is impossible without professional help.

Often you will have soot, smoke, and water damage from extinguishing the fire or a suppression system activation. And depending on your situation, you may need extensive demolition and reconstruction. This will require time and knowledge of the industry.

CCCR can do it all. With our extensive experience in fire restoration, you can be confident that we have the professional training and innovative technology needed to get your property back to normal.

What You Can Do

Call Professionals. We have a team of highly trained professionals on-call day and night to assist at the first sign of trouble. Do not wait when you have experienced fire loss. You can call us before the smoke clears. Our methods comply with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and our friendly staff helps guide you through the process.

Call Your Insurance Company. After you are assured that the professionals are on the way, make sure you notify your insurance company and open a claim. Let your agent know that you have a trained restoration team on the way. Request your claim number. You will need this number throughout the restoration process. Your insurance company may give you specific information regarding exclusions or limits; be sure to make note of this information.

Document. Document. Document. If it is safe and you have time to do so, go ahead and take pictures or video of the damages. Be sure to take photos of any individually insured items like heirloom rugs, furniture, or artwork. Try to take the photo with the entirety of each room or area in the shot. These photographs are for your file and may be referred to later, if necessary.

Secure Space. If it is clear you are unable to stay in your space, in the short or long term, reach out to your insurance adjuster immediately for alternative arrangements. Many insurance companies can walk you through this process. Depending on the coverage you carry, you may be entitled to additional benefits.

Our Process

Quick Response. When we receive a call for help, we respond quickly because our team understands that the quicker we get to work, the more likely it is that we will be able to save valuable property. When you make that call, one of our team members will be on the other end ready to dispatch a team of our restoration professionals to you.

Assessment. Once we arrive at your property, a thorough inspection is always our first step. We must know precisely what type of water damage you have experienced. This is for both the safety of our team and the safety of you and your loved ones. This allows us to evaluate and create a plan of attack.

Planning. Our professionally trained estimator will develop a detailed plan for mitigation or remediation and restoration based on their evaluation. You can expect a scope of work, estimate of costs, and thorough documentation of all damages. Our priority is to get your property back to pre-loss condition as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Communication. Once contracted, CCCR will assign a Project Manager to your job. This specially trained professional will be your point of contact throughout the entirety of your repairs. Your Project Manager allows you to feel confident in the work that is being handled.

We will work closely with your insurance company, providing all necessary recommendations and documentation so that your claim can be processed smoothly. Our goal is relieving as much of the burden from your shoulders so that you can focus on your essential day-to-day duties.

Execution of the Plan. If needed, our team will move in immediately to begin extracting water from your property. You can expect to see water extraction equipment, industrial dryers, dehumidifiers, and large fans. We use innovative moisture detection equipment to ensure that all moisture areas have been detected and a plan for eradication from your home before we begin the restoration process.

Contents. When a home has incurred water damage, soft goods within the space (bedding, clothing, upholstered furniture, etc.) can get damaged. Our team is trained to carefully inventory, pack and remove those items from your home to be cleaned and/or stored.

Once your property is at our facility, our technicians are specially trained to inspect, clean and store each item. Our goal is to return your property back to you, in pre-loss condition, as quickly as possible. We use only the safest, gentlest, and most effective cleansers on the market.

If you prefer not to have your items removed from your home, you have the option of the cleaning to take place on-site. Please ask us about the possibility of this if it is important to you.

Your Licensed Restoration Contractor. Depending on the level of damage to your property, demolition and repairs may be necessary. If so, CCCR is a fully licensed and insured General and Plumbing Contractor ready get to work immediately.

We can handle your project from start to finish, alleviating the need for multiple companies, contractors, and subcontractors, and allowing you peace of mind and security.
